You’ve probably been seeing tons of red and pink color combos everywhere. It’s not just for Valentine’s Day anymore! This spring is bringing lots of color and lots of bold new outfits to try, starting with a red and pink color combo! Trying out these bold colors together isn’t as daunting as you think, so I’ve put together some outfit ideas so you can wear red and pink together like a boss!
5 Ways to Wear a Red and Pink Color Combo
1. red skinny jeans + blush sweater + leopard flats
Red skinny jeans are pretty easy to come by. You might even have a pair! If not, why not get one? They look great for both spring and fall. Simply just pair those jeans with a lightweight blush sweater! This is an easy way to break into this combo. Though if you want to get a little “risky”, throw on some leopard flats for a fun pattern.
2. red skirt + bold pink sweater + nude heels
We’re leaning into the feminine colors and going all girly here. A bold pink does look great with a bold red. It doesn’t clash. Keep the rest of the look subdued with nude heels and simple earrings.
3. blush dress + red heels + red accessories
This look starts with a sweet dress and brings in the bold red color with accessories. Great option for those that want to give this color combo a try, but want to add and take away color to however they feel comfortable.
4. pink skirt + pink top + red coat
It’s simple and sweet to wear a monochrome pink outfit. Then it gets even better when you throw on a bold coat! Everything else can be kept pretty simple.
5. pink high waisted pants + red cami + belt + blazer
A silky cami looks great tucked into high waisted pants. Throw on a black belt and other black pieces to break up the boldness. Then Bam! Work appropriate.
I tend to stick to neutrals myself, but I myself am even going to try out some of these outfit combos soon!
Here’s my take:
Are you going to be wearing some bold colors this spring?
