1. Do a life detox
“Spring cleaning” isn’t anything new, but use this new season to detox more than just your closet and basement!
Are there any toxic relationships, habits, or thoughts that you need to toss ASAP? There’s no time like now to say adios to negativity and start adopting a more positive mindset.
2. Get the girls together
Whether you’re having your gal pals over at your house or setting up brunch, setting time aside to unwind and chat with your friends is refreshing and a big mood booster!
3. Get outside more
It finally starts to get warmer and we all get excited for about a week, then we stay inside and complain about the heat. Haha does that sound familiar?
Resist the urge to let the newness of the nicer weather wear off and commit to getting outside more, whether it’s a nightly walk or a hike on the weekend. It’s good for the mind, body, and soul!
4. Grow something
It’s really rewarding to nourish something and watch it grow. After all, spring is all about rain and flowers! If you don’t have a garden to work in, you could always grow something inside in cute little pots. If all else fails, you can just talk a walk outside and look at the trees blossoming!
5. Freshen up your wardrobe
A lot of people use this time to freshen up their hair whether it’s by going shorter or lighter, etc. Use this time to freshen up your wardrobe!
