This easy Baked Brie cheese recipe can be the perfect choice for a home-alone night or a simple lunch with family. That creamy and sumptuous texture... Even the most refined guests will inevitably lick their fingers!

- 1 wheel of Brie 7 to 10 oz (room temperature)
- 2 tablespoons pecan nuts cut in half
- 1 tablespoon dried cranberries
- 1/6 teaspoon fresh thyme chopped
- 1/3 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tablespoon fig jam
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar optional
To serve:
- ground black pepper to taste
- 3-4 baguette slices
- 1/4 green apple, cut into slices
Preheat oven to 400F.
Place the wheel of cheese on a baking dish covered with a baking sheet.
In a bowl, mix pecans with dried cranberries, fresh thyme, lemon zest, and honey.
Spread a layer of fig jam over the cheese and pour the garnish on top of the Brie. If you want an extra layer of crunch, spread some brown sugar on top of the garnish. Next level!
Place Brie in the warm oven and bake for 7 to 10 minutes. Serve with baguette slices and green apple slices.
