Just because something is a little big doesn’t mean it should be thrown out of your wardrobe. No siree! In fact, when styled correctly, it can look extra cool and fashionable. Here are my 4 ways on how to style oversized graphic tees!

How to Style Oversized Graphic Tees

1. with leggings

Now the one I’m wearing isn’t crazy oversized, but it still works for this post! By pairing it with leggings (shiny ones makes your outfit look more dressed up) the oversized fit seems like it was done on purpose, and not like your shirt just doesn’t fit you! Another layer (such as a blazer) adds that stylish and put together element which is needed when you’re pairing 2 super casual items together!

2. knotted in the front

Take all that extra material and knot it! This idea is cute, fun, stylish, and trendy! It would be extra cute in the summer too when you can wear it with high waisted skirts or shorts.

3. tucked in + arms cuffed

Showing off your figure is never a bad idea! Extra points for adding a belt too!

4. knotted in the back

Throwing it back to middle school with this look haha. The difference here is that we aren’t using a rubberband to knot it in the back and we’re tucking it under so it doesn’t hang loosely like a weirdly shaped tail!

And of course, when paired with more “adult” pieces (like a leopard print slip dress) it looks chic, not juvenile!

  1. I LOVE oversized tees! You are rocking yours – love all the outfits, but my fave is the one knotted in the front with high waisted jeans. Such a classic!
