For the olive tapenade
- 2 cups green olives pitted
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 medium garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon capers
For the honeycomb charcuterie board
- 12 slices Salami
- 3 slices Ham
- 1/2 cup Paté
- 1/3 cup Pistachio butter
- 1/3 cup Edible flowers
- A variety of cheeses (Ash-coated goat cheese, Brie, Comté)
- 2 Boiled eggs
- 1 piece Honeycomb
- 1/2 Pear sliced
- 1 cup Grapes
- A Handful of Bread sticks
- Olive tartine
For the charcuterie board with honeycomb recipe
Choose a mid-sized wooden or marble board.
Cut cheese in slices and place the different cheese types on opposite sides of the board.
Fold salami and ham in a ribbon or flower shape, using a tiny bowl as a container. Place the meats on different sides accross the board.
Fill the gaps with the rest of the ingredients. Play wil colors and organize the foods to make them stand out.
