A Chic Place to Stay at in Rome

FYI, this post isn’t sponsored or anything, I just believe it to be my duty of chic lovers everywhere to pass on the be-au-ti-ful spots to stay at!

On my recent trip to Rome, Italy I feel like I lucked out by finding The Church Palace for a great price. The way a place looks is really important to me when staying somewhere, and at the risk of sounding like a diva, you’ve got to wow me. Well, I was wowed, people.

The hotel is in the middle of the city (as are all the others), but it doesn’t make you feel that way with its tree-lined driveway leading to well-manicured grounds.

On the property there were fountains, olive trees, lemon trees, and roses. It was so pretty!

There’s even a guard at the end of the driveway which made me feel even safer!

There are a couple of different restaurants on site. We never had time to eat at any of them, but they looked nice!

What really got me were the interiors though. Take a look for yourself.

All the staff that we came into contact with were really friendly and helpful. I also really liked the breakfast too. There was a good assortment of American style food (hotdogs lol, eggs, bacon) and Italian style food (croissants, prosciutto, espresso).

Now, to round out this post, I do have to say it’s not perfect, because nothing ever is. The rooms are small and not as charming as the lobby, it took a while for the water to get hot the first night, and room service was mysteriously canceled the only week we were there ha. Which is more just annoying if anything.

But that’s not enough to deter me from a place. I don’t usually stay at places more than once, but if I did, then right now I’d be saying, “I’ll be back!”

Before you go, have you seen my Rome travel vlog yet??
