There are many reasons to get excited about summer: not feeling like your day ends at 5 pm, the opportunity to travel, and being able to finally soak up the sun that our skin craved in the dead of winter, being just a few. But one thing that tops the list? We love that a new season gives us a chance to refresh our wardrobe and experiment with new styles. Here’s what the MCO team is crushing on lately and adding to our summer shopping list!
I’ve avoided form-fitting tops the last few years as my body has changed since having kids, but I’ve recently discovered bodysuits and I’m slightly obsessed. The neckline and color options on this one have me swooning.

I’ve got plenty of button-down shirts, but they’re all mostly white or black. I’ve been eyeing this blue and white striped button-down waiting for my size to come back in stock. I can just imagine it worn over white swimsuits or effortlessly tucked into shorts. Summer chic!

A white floral maxi dress is on my shopping list this season. I’ve noticed that I don’t have a lot of floral dresses in my closet, so it would be a nice piece to add.

We probably won’t be doing any more traveling this year (not complaining- I just went to Paris not too long ago), but I’m starting to get the itch for a European summer. I’m dreaming about creating a wardrobe fit for Nice or Cannes so classy swimwear is definitely on my shopping list!

I currently only have one pair of shoes that I can wear in the summer, so footwear is definitely on my shopping list. Sneakers, dressy sandals, and sandals to wear around the house/in the yard are my priority!
