2 Winter Coat Style Tips You’re Seriously Missing Out On

1. For this first style tip/hack, I took a faux fur vest and put it over this long camel coat.

The added layer and texture adds a really cool element to this outfit that I think is so luxe! By using the belt that came with the coat around the fur, I think it *ties* it all together so it looks like one piece.

A beige/camel neutral palette is one of my favorites to do, but feel free to add some contrast with a black fur vest–or really anything you already have!

2. For the second hack, all you have to do is take a faux fur collar and wear it over your coat!

This hack is great because these collars are usually pretty inexpensive and you can switch them out for whatever you want or whatever you’re feeling! Doing a statement color or print here is a great way to test out some crazy things without having to commit to a hot pink coat!

Whether you go with the vest or collar (or both), it’s simple and cheap to do. And if you didn’t notice I used the same coat in both of these pictures…but made it look different each time!
