20+ Maternity Fall Outfit Ideas
1. sweater + blazer + jeans + sneakers
Pregnant women can still have style! By mixing a tailored blazer with sneakers and jeans, you create a cool outfit juxtaposition that says chic yet casual. A cable knit sweater is a must-have for fall, too.
2. short dress + tall boots
When you feel like shopping but you know that very little will fit you right now, what do you buy? Shoes! They can make a statement plus they’ll fit you now and later. Unless your feet grow during pregnancy because that’s a thing! However, dresses tend to always be a safe buy. Just look for styles that offer room to grow around the waist without being a dead giveaway that it’s a maternity dress.
These two items paired together, a shorter dress and tall boots, make for a very stylish look for any woman- pregnant or not!
3. tank top + long cardigan + scarf + jeans + sneakers
Any outfit can benefit from a cozy oversized scarf, especially when paired with a long cardigan. A fitted tank will accentuate your growing bump, while sneakers keep this outfit casual yet comfortable. Chai latte in hand and you’re good to go!
4. t-shirt dress + leggings + sneakers + moto jacket + chambray shirt
Pregnancy and leggings go together like fall and pumpkin spice lattes. In order to add a bit of street style to your leggings outfit, pair them with a t-shirt dress (or oversized shirt) topped off with cool details like a moto jacket and a small backpack.
5. side knot top + jeans + ankle boots
Tops with a knot detail subtly accentuate the bump without making it too obvious. Get one in a rich, deep color to match the fall season.
6. sweater + overalls + silk scarf + heels
Yes, pregnant women can wear overalls too! Wear a nice sweater under them and top it off with a silk scarf. Screams chic, not farmer! Throw on some heels too, if you dare. 😉 If not, a pair of white sneakers is always a safe bet.
7. jeans + sweater + moto jacket + combat boots
Talk about a tough (and stylish) mama. All black with a pop of print totally works. Pair with some cool edgy details like a motorcycle jacket, combat boots, and sunglasses, for model (and mom) off duty vibes.
8. graphic tee + skirt + faux fur coat + otk boots
A touch of faux fur jazzes up this neutral look. Remember that black and brown do go together!

9. black leggings + blazer + ankle boots
Belts will become your greatest weapon (er, I mean accessory) because they can instantly highlight your new growing shape. Wear a belt over a sweater, dress, or even a blazer for a chic twist.
10. bodycon dress + ankle boots + moto jacket
Bodycon (form-fitting) dresses are your friend. Take something plain and add cool boots and a cool jacket for an outfit that’s stylish, not boring.
11. swing dress + denim shirt + ankle boots
Just how belts are great for showing off your shape, so is tying a button-down strategically over your bump. A denim/chambray top is great for adding a casual twist, but others would work too!
12. sweater dress + boots + faux fur best + belt
Sweater dresses are one of the ultimate fall pieces for a pregnant woman because not only are you comfy, but you look totally cute too. Feel free to add that extra oomph of style with a faux fur vest and/or hat.
13. striped sweater + jeans + ankle boots + hat
Everyone needs a cute yet easy-to-wear outfit in their wardrobe arsenal, right? Take this look from simple to stylish by adding an accessory. Hats in fall are always a good idea!
14. sweater dress + duster + belt + heels
This outfit combo is great for the occasions that you need to be a little bit more dressed up. Show off your bump with a leopard print belt. It doesn’t have to be this print exactly, but a belt is a great place to experiment with prints and colors!
15. leather leggings + button down + faux fur vest
Leather leggings are a great way to add some punch to your outfit if you still want to wear leggings, but just something a little different. Mix in some other textures too (faux fur) for interest!
16. pashmina/scarf + jeans + ankle boots + belt
Scarves are versatile pieces and when draped like so, you can show off your bump while still looking elegant.
17. jeans + ankle boots + cardigan + scarf
A simple look that still looks elegant with the casually draped scarf and ankle boots! If you want an easy way to dress up your look, try to find ankle boots that have a decent size (but still walkable) heel.
18. camel/beige turtleneck + camel coat + jeans + ankle boots
Neutral shades with a pop of black are a chic way to look classic and put together.
19. blazer + track pants + newsboy hat + sneakers
Stylish and sporty, wearing a blazer with track pants is a great way to make something so casual look chic.
20. floral mini dress + otk boots
Short dresses + tall boots are a great combo for fall when you want to feel cute without showing too much!
21. LBD + blazer + scarf + ankle boots
Classy yet comfy. This look is great if you find yourself working in an office and need to dress up a simple black jersey/stretchy dress.
22. mini skirt + oversized button-down + tube top + moto jacket
Who says pregnant women can’t wear mini skirts? Paired with otk boots, you’re showing just enough but not too much. 😉 Layer your tops for a stylish look. Plus, a snug tube top hugs your growing belly!
23. shift dress + block heels + belt + moto jacket
Block heels are a lot comfier than regular heels (IMO), so throw some on with a dress in a rich, deep color for a dressy look that will serve you for weddings, parties, showers, and more.
24. sweater dress + otk boots
A simple and stylish combo that flatters your body!
